We have also helped clients to obtain higher sale prices than expected by arranging for more than one estate agent to value the property. We have helped reduce estate agents costs by negotiating with the agents over their fees.
We are also able to provide details of trustworthy contacts to arrange removals and most other matters connected with moving house.
