Ridings Law is a niche solicitors practice specialising in legal advice for the older and elderly client and their families. We are based in Ilkley, although we cover the whole of the Yorkshire region, and elsewhere by appointment.
Formerly known as Linda Pratt Solicitor, Ridings Law was established by Linda Pratt in 1997 and we changed our name to Ridings Law in 2005.
We deal with many aspects of legal work for private clients, focusing on issues which concern the older and elderly client although our client base does cover all ages.
We are proud of our achievements and expertise and strive to leave our clients with a sense of satisfaction that we have been able to help them to the best of our ability and more. Our main objective is to give timely practical advice in our specialist areas to our clients at an affordable cost.
Our staff undergo training to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the ever changing legal world and can advise you accordingly.
We offer our clients a dedicated, personal service - even visiting clients at home if this is more appropriate. Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged to suit you.
We do not offer conditional fee agreements (no-win, no fee) and do not undertake matrimonial or criminal work which we refer to other suitable firms.
We have ground floor access with toilet facilities available for clients. We can also offer safe parking which is free of charge. Whilst visiting our office, why not take the opportunity to see the sights of Ilkley and maybe have a coffee at the world famous Bettys Café and Tea Rooms, only 5 minutes walk from our office.
